Is My Firewall Preventing G-Wizard or Some Features From Running?

Maybe so. A good sign of this is G-Wizard asking to connect to the Internet when it has a connection and shouldn't have to ask. You may have to add an "allow" entry to your firewall to tell it to let G-Wizard connect to our servers.

Other signs that firewalls, popup blockers, or other security software is blocking G-Wizard include:

-  The install program won't work.  Search for how to "Download the AIR file directly" to get past this.

-  The User Club, Install, Register, and Help buttons don't work in the product.  All those buttons do is popup a browser pointed at a particular web page on our site.  But, sometimes other software or the browser's own settings prevent this from happening.  I use vanilla Windows 7 on my machine, and these buttons all work with IE, Chrome, and Firefox for me.
